You just don't know what I've been going through!  I've been sick all week, on top of that I have school and work that I must attend.  I'll let you guys know on Monday what's been happening lately, until then enjoy this beautiful photo

Friday Favs!

 I'm so happy to announce it is FINALLY FRIDAY!!! I've been looking forward to this day since last Friday!

Even though I have to work, I'm still looking forward to the weekend! I do start school on Monday, I'm continuing my engineering diploma. I hope to graduate either summer of 2015 or spring of 2015. 

This week I had plenty of favorite outfits, this one was one of my all time favorites! 

  I am madly in love with the back of this shirt, it keeps you cool for those hot summer days. It's also one of my favorite transition pieces for fall!

 

 If you look closely, you can tell I have absolutely no make up on, I haven't had my eyebrows waxed in 3 weeks. I believe I look great!

Yesterday seemed so far away

Oh yesterday, it was absolutely beautiful! The sun was out, the birds were singing and life was fantastic.. I believe this was the second most beautiful weather we've had in a while. 

While you guys enjoy this post I'll be working,  hoping to get out early to come home and work on TWO new posts for Friday favorites and Monday!

That is very true for the most of us growing up in the 90's, You will be missed 

Saturday was a long sleepy day, I worked and finally got home well after 5-I got off at 4, I work 15mins away from the house please tell me how this happens? 

Anyway, C and I decided to go to dinner, just to get out of the house and visit a few places out in Newnan. I really wanted to go to Charming Charlie, you know what place where everything is like a colored coded closet and where you could spend a lifetime in, maybe spend a few hundred $$$, yeah that place! Well I spent well over an hour in there, walked out with a pair of earrings that I fell madly in love with! 

 

I had to have them! They go with so many of crazy funky outfits in my closet! I believe they were a grand total of $10.00 not so shabby for these beauties! You can get yours Here!

 I've also been changing up the hair, yesterday was the day for deep parts and long flowy hair.
I wasn't in the mood to do anything fancy with it, I just want to leave it in it's natural state. As I did I got lots of compliments and tons of questions of who does my highlights. Even though the new thing is to let your bra strap show, I'm still trying to get used to it. I'm constantly moving my hair to that side, to hide it. So Happy Tuesday and remember

Flowers+Pink+Prints=Friday!

     Lately I've been working like a mad woman, not that it's a bad thing- I'm just not used to working so much-it's a good thing in my line of work if you work like this.  Today, I was called in at short notice, No that doesn't bother me- reason being, I'm usually prepared for something like this. So being the person I am, I always have something picked out in case I get called in. Well today, I to be super quick, I had an idea of what I wanted to wear: Something comfortable, nothing fancy and nothing I'll regret wearing to work. I knew exactly what I was going to wear:

  First lets start with my hair, Please understand I didn't have much time to dry it. I decieded to pull it up in a bun, so much easier then letting it run wild while driving. This also kept me cool while driving in this hot summer heat.  My Jewlery I picked up from work, this set goes with evvvveeerrryyythhhiinngg! like no joke, I can wear it with just about anything and it'll look perfect!  of course my denim vest is my favorite, I wear it so much the buttons are about to fall off.  My make up was simple, mascara and green eyeshadow.  

   My shoes make a statement too, they don't exactly go with what I'm wearing but they're so comfortable! I could wear these everyday, and not buy another pair of shoes! Oh and this black Maxi dress is the best! I can dress it up or down and be the talk of the town! (I did a little rhyming there) My bandeau just adds that POP of color I need to pull my outfit together!  This maxi was a steal of a life time, I got it for 10$ as apposed to 25$ if not more! I'm so glad I invested in this! Also, I can wear it alllll year round! 

I'm wearing the same bracelets from Sunday, I wish I could find more of these things. On top of that, I'm not that much of a PINK person, but these caught my attention and I couldn't let them go. My Mom has some purple ones I bought her, she has yet to wear them.    So ladies, here's another one of my "Go to outfits" I honestly don't know what I'd do without that maxi dress, it's saved my life several times!  Remember, Stay positive. Ebay find

I'm not that Ebay savvy, to say the least. I had no idea how the system worked until the boyfriend showed me.. I know, it's simple and easy, but for someone who didn't spend a lot of time on the computer Ebay was a little confusing. I finally got the hang of it and downloaded the app on my phone. Which over all has been a bad idea-I'm constantly on it! Looking for everything from new camera lenses to a new set of earrings, lately I haven't bought anything, nothing has caught my eye.

 These beautiful earrings caught my eye quickly! I couldn't not have them, I thought to myself, these must end up in my jewelery box someway, somehow! So I started bidding, I told my boyfriend repeatedly that I must have these! He looked at me like I nuts, like all men do, look at me like I'm nuts. I started bidding and I was down to the last 10 seconds, placed my final bid....like a champ 

I WON!

What I like most about the earrings, is that, you can pair them with: black, pink, blue or just wear them to add a little funkiness to your outfit. I'm all about adding a statement piece, and these things are.  Stay Positive. Stay Classy!  

 

#OTTD weekend edition

I'm OH so very behind on my posting this past week, I've been super busy at work and haven't really had time to do much. I figured you guys deserved an #OTTD, make that TWO #OTTD'S!  I had so much fun last week dressing up and even got myself two little goodies for working so hard. The first one flew out the door, so it's a little big on me but that's okay! 

 

My first ever kimono/wrap I've ever owned, I think I want more

It literally goes with everything! It also helps me transition into fall.

I just did the basic colors: blue, red, black, and tan. The best thing about this, 

is that it's COMFORTABLE!

 Necklace: Gift from the bf.        Sunday #OTTD I was on my way to have lunch with my one of my long time girlfriends, She recently got a new job in a new city and comes home only on the weekends. :( I had no idea what to wear, what to even pick out! So with my simple little mind I did the basic Black&White. It's my "go to" when I have nothing else to wear! here's what I looked like.
